Replus design bureau is the creator of this modern luxury apartment with distinctive, stylish functionality character. Smooth surfaces, a combination of rich natural materials (metal, dark brown wooden panels, glass, and granite countertops), and flexible modern décor choices give a dynamic yet comfortable aesthetics to the décor.
The space falls into the category of small urban dwellings with ingenious solutions for limited living footage. The main social zones are separated for privacy with creative design solutions like heavy thick curtains for the living room and matte glass, square bricks for the bedroom area.
The main living zone has several focal point accents – one, surely, are the black décor elements that give graphic clarity to the composition. The other strong, characteristic art choice of the décor idea is the ultra-modern kitchen island, which doubles as a party bar / the sculptural presence of the solid granite is suspended above a modernistic shape of shining, stainless steel cone and appears to flow in the air/. Custom-built storage units (in the dark whiskey wood in the kitchen zone and white wardrobes in the master bedroom ) secure a tidy and functional arrangement for modern living standards.
Black velvet-like texture clad panels and sitting arrangements, giving soft yet crisp expression of those décor elements – master bedroom bed and headboards, children’s room soft sitting, and living room sofa. Tactically installed LED lighting schemes and exposed piping and ventilation structures give an additional urban-industrial edge to the design idea. The terrace and balcony areas are absolute jewels with lush greenery and natural comfort amidst urban scenery.
