Simplicity and style define this small urban apartment on the 24th floor in an apartment building in Moscow. The design team Buro5 turned the five windows of the space into an attractive feature that illuminates and gives a sense of spaciousness to the limited space. Clever design solutions were inspired by the limited footing of the original space. A trendy glass separation and walls composed of clear glass and rectangular metal frames create illumination and spatial division to the inner premises of this tiny urban apartment. The bathroom and the bedroom receive their natural light through the design choice of a transparent wall that connects the different premises of the apartment.
Using only essentials in the furniture composition, restrained color palette dominated by white and light textures, the design team extended the spatial image and gave a pure and modern feel to the decor project. Alternating white and natural wood tonality is both functional and inspired, spacious and cozy, minimalist and warm. White metal frames and suspended structures secure a functional and modern feel of the décor composition. Lovely wood-color blinders control the light and the visual of the window façade of the space. Elegant and thin lines of customized wooden additions add the individual charm and organic feel for this small urban design project.
