This beautiful two-level apartment in Vilnius carries the signature for the designers from INARCH entwinement between stylish -urban and elegant- luxury. Using the unusual shapes of the apartment’s space (sloped roof, in-house balconies, high ceilings, and structural challenges), the design team added beautiful textural accents (black metal, dark wood, marble, and colorful terracotta) to punctuate further the spatial arraignment and create dynamic yet pure ambiance. Using trendy materials and design details in entwinement with unusual solutions, the architects from InArch Studio archived (yet again) a unique, character-exuding, and stylish décor for modern urban living.
On the apartment’s first level, an open space flow hosts, under the characteristic sloped roof configuration, the kitchen, the dining, and the living room zones. Black metal details – thin frames of lighting and decorative elements, furniture and railings give continuity to the décor idea. Marble kitchen cladding introduce elegant luxury that pairs- up beautifully with the black and the light wood details- particularly the iconic kitchen table design. In the kitchen zone, the designers had fully utilized the height of the space, arranging storage cabinets all the way up to the ceiling and adding the playful element of a black metal ladder.
Another playful and artistic element, executed in accent black, expects us in the living room where the staircase leading to the second level is transformed into a trendy black TV-wall. But what grabs the attention is the adjacent fireplace wall with an artistic design and cubical shape patterns. Elegant, stylish, and characteristic is the design of this apartment’s social zones, as it is typical for the designers of InArch Studio.
The second level of the penthouse hosts the private zones; three bedrooms – each with its own character and coziness achieved by the introduction of textural and designs artistry and richness. A small working area with minimalistic character is also located here together whit the fashionable – minimal white bathroom clad in trendy metro tiles.
Attention to each detail, no matter how small- from the retro chairs in the living room to the beautiful door designs, from the headboards in the master bedroom to custom-made shelves and library structures – this is the leading principle of this exquisite designs project. And again, that is no surprise having in mind the style of the designs studio.
