This modern Asian home design project carries the signature for the designers from Hoyend Design, entwinement between modern simplicity and sophisticated luxury. The dominance of rectangular shapes and clear lines in the decor composition introduces purity and gives a spacious feel to the dynamic space arrangement. Levels, platforms, and integrated spaces define the spatial structure of the social zone.
An open floor plan with dynamic leveling hosts the kitchen and dining zone on an upper level and in the living room zone’s sink-in location. Here a minimalist and modern TV wall separates a comfy sitting corner from a small staircase leading to the kitchen level. The dynamic spatial arrangement is decided in a monochrome color palette- shades of gray, black, and white compose the decor giving it purity and simplistic feel. The juxtaposition between simple colors and luxurious materials (trendy cooper, marble, wooden veneer) gives a well-balanced stylistic to the ambiance. The same goes for the juxtaposition between dynamic spatial compositions and clear lines composing furniture e and decor details.
We love the way in which the trendy cooper accents and details underline and refresh the monochrome simplicity of the color composition. A perfect entwinement between the beautiful wooden table and beeches and the artistic suspended cooper lamps gives a strong individuality to the dining room zone’s space. On a mezzanine – kind of level – under a sloped roof, the master bedroom resigns- here, the dominating color is white with accents in bamboo and dove gray. Luxurious, marble cladding bathroom completes the Mr. Su House project.
