Absolut textural delight of elaborated brick constructs, wooden panels, copper accents, and jet-black focal points of furniture and modern design insertions. This is the sophisticated, modern, and inspired by minimalism design project for a spacious apartment by Ira Lysiuk for a young couple.
Open floor plan hosts the kitchen, dining, and living room combination, and under the expressive sloped roof, a stylish configuration and alternation of characteristic modern trends occurs. Gorgeous red-brick structures give the spine of the composition, custom-tailored wooden panels and strong accents of beautiful copper complete the decor project.
Black future accents give visual anchor in the overall warm and organic tonality of the design idea. Some of those design pieces are a product of renown and even iconic designs: beautiful Ferm Living lamps, Fredericia and Odesd2 chairs, the eye-catching black ceramic tiles by Mutina, or the signature bath and washbasins by AGAPE.
We love the sliding wooden panels that hide some kitchen appliances creating a tidy and minimal expression when closed and reveling a perfect gradation of textural accents when opened. Copper clad kitchen island with trendy black stools is an organic extension of the black dining table set, and the sliding wooden paneling – a contrast to the expressive red brick walls, reveals a gorgeous copper clad kitchen unit. In the living room, the balance with the sparkling thread that goes throughout the place is achieved by a luxurious looking cooper clad firewall.
Smooth concrete floors throughout the apartment create e unity and continuity of the dosing idea. So does the alternation of materials – bedrooms, bathrooms, and dress-room are also featuring the luxurious and modern entwinement of wood, concrete, copper (expressive walls and structures) – and the brick spine of the decor idea.
Black accents are present even in the child’s room – allowing stylish growth from a little boy to a young adult. Clever and dynamic design insertions create individuality for the project – bouncing net and climbing – wall in the child’s quarters, unique bathroom appliances, deep black tile cladding, cozy reading, and resting corners. This apartment is an amazing and luxurious epitome of modern design.
