This contemporary interior project for a small city apartment is like a magazine for trendy details and renowned design pieces. But apart from its cool smoothness and clear-lined functionality, it’s decor idea still possess small craft details and tailored decor elements that give it personality and charm, not only a stylish face.
The project by designer Vismantė Tubelytė – Redeco studio, features some of the hottest trends when it comes to furnishing and upping the functionality of small urban dwellings. The entwinement of Black and white in the color palette secures a sophisticated and graphically expressive look. Black metal frames – partial glass and metal mesh separations, deep black accents, and walls are introducing focal dynamics and contrast.
Fashionable modern furniture pieces spiced up by retro details and iconic design elements give stylist identity to the project. The separation between bedroom and main living space is secured by the clever and trendy approach of transparent glass and metal mesh, guaranteeing visual extension of space, and floor to sailing curtains ensure that privacy and cozy feel necessary for rest-zone when needed.
As an accent, the kitchen has a black veneer wall with a classic inspiration reams and a modern mid century kitchen table and suspended lamp with conus base. Light and at the same contrast is the whole composition. The open space living room – kitchen combo also features a kidney-shaped iconic design sofa and a retro-inspired cabinet with an elegant presence – very minimal yet stylish decor composition.
