The first of the two levels hosts in an open floor exposition the social zones – kitchen, dining, living, and playrooms. The configuration emits lightness and easygoing vibe – even the staircase is created by perforated white aluminum allowing light and ease to take a significant position in the decor configuration. Bright yellow with sunny influence and accents of turquoise green give a summery feel of the composition created by MDDM Studio, and that cheerful spirit is entwined with elegant and modern gray nuances, thus creating well-balanced ambiance with an energetic edge.
The alternation of levels, monolith, and free standing furniture details and main color bodies give the functional separation of zones without actual walls and view- obstructing insertions. This lightness of the decor idea is further enhanced by the color composition and especially the two horizontally opposed polished concrete surfaces- floor and ceiling – extending the visual impact and the elegant gray nuance of the decor. Beautiful terrazzo cladding are added for a stronger artistic and stylish statement. This particular white marble-based variety of terrazzo, laced with golden freckles, becomes quite popular and trendy of late, maybe because of its light and elegant presence and the playful openness that it gives to any premise.
On the second level, the privet quarters are situated. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and even a small, inviting, and comfy study. The cheerful and character-defining color composition continues here as well- sunny yellows, bright reds, and blues are intertwined with elegant grays and whites. Light summery feel with energizing note. The simple shapes of furniture elements and the custom made structures correspond nicely with the geometrical configuration of the premises. The trendy sink-in levels, clean lines, plastic shapes, and especially the beautiful wooden cube that serves as a master bed are quite a treat and wonderful expression of modern home design trends.
