This is the De Serres Residence in Montreal, Canada from ATELIER nest. It is a contemporary home with a beautiful and brutalist facade which spotlights the exposed concrete inside and out. The wooden beams compliments the concrete by giving it a contrast you don’t normally see. We continue seeing the exposed concrete inside the home acting as the walls to the custom interior. With the carefully selected custom pieces of furniture, it properly ties together the natural lighting reflecting off the natural wood to give a cozy vibe.
