Opening the house central architectural construct towards its coastal landscape through vast floor-to-ceiling windows, introducing beautiful organic components into the interior. Like the intriguing olive tree placed in artistic ceramic pod in the courtyard that becomes a protagonist of the interior. Securing spacious free flow of premises the architects created a perfect ambiance for enjoying the generous Mediterranean nature.
Creating contemporary spaces that can host comfortably the family and their guests the designers used rich materials palette, trendy furnishing and renowned designer’s pieces that carry the hint of Scandinavian clear lines and the modern luxury accents with grace.
The main living premises combine aria of sophisticated materials like; pale grey sandstone wall cladding, a custom-made wall unit in tobacco wood, which integrates the black steel fireplace and intriguing materials composition like the polished concrete floors, mixed with pigments to create a shade of brown, stone worktops and lacquered wood.
Using very limited color range and different materials that appear almost the same for a very minimalist, highly integrated look the designer composed the ambiance that carries its sophisticated elegance with style. Beautiful design touches like the brass pendant lamps of Tom Dixon suspended above the stylish combination of dark lacquered table and brass-legged chairs or the whimsical presence of the bright green sink made from soft foam in the children’s bathroom give character to the place. Modular furniture pieces, hexagonal shapes and tile cladding, a combination of concrete slabs walls and glamorous brass accents compose the trendy interior.
