Pulpo will launch a new collection of accessories at London Design Festival, created by young talents. Férreol Babin’s contribution includes dishes shaped like lakes and vases shaped like mountains, while Meike Harde’s made four mismatched glassware-and-carafe sets; there are also vessels made from foam dipped in liquified ceramic by Studio Furthermore, and wood and lava-glazed boxes by RSW.
We have now opened the doors to our first London venture, and first ever pop-up shop where we will showcase our latest collection of small design accessories of simple yet intriguing forms. The pop-up shop will run until 24 September to coincide with the annual London Design Festival.
Located in Shoreditch’s Design Triangle – between The Tramshed restaurant and The Hoxton Hotel – the gallery space at 4 Garden Walk will be transformed into a fusion of design, art, and lifestyle. Over two floors, we will showcase our new ‘Fabulously Awesome Tablescape’: a series of eclectic decorative items, alongside its entire current collection of furniture, lighting and design accessories.
The ‘FAT’ collection, consisting of a myriad of vases, boxes, trays, jars, carafes, and sculptures, has been imagined by the talented minds of Ferréol Babin, Studio Furthermore, Meike Harde, Kai Linke, RSW, and Sebastian Herkner.
On Sunday 24th September, which will mark the store’s last day of trading, we invite you to a charity sale where all proceeds will be donated to a cause close to our hearts, Maggie’s Centres.
