The modern Brazilian design has many faces and the complete whiteness of this reconstruction design project, carried out by AR Arquitetos, is a mesmerizing one. Opening the main premises in one fluid and free floor plan space (by removing all its internal divisions and inserting custom made structures to signify the different functional zoning) the designers succeeded in using the maximum of its natural lighting conditions. The unusual and innovative distribution of space is underlined by contemporary and stylish interior design composition that includes cheerful elements, elegant furniture, and bold color accents.
The dominating whiteness of the decor palette is giving luminous and minimalist expression to this modern apartment. The diversity of the materials palette is used as accents, underlining and borders to the white base- the concrete ceiling structures, the wooden panels, doors, and furniture are emphasized by the serine minimalism of the base. Different bold colors signify the division of premises – dark blue for the kitchen zone, warm brown tile decoration for the bathroom, delicate red and yellow traces in the living room where the trendy lamps and furniture selection is kept light and at the same time characteristic.
