Modern entwinement of organic materials and beautiful surrounding, at the sloping plot of land at the edge of a natural reserve in Poznań, Poland, House JRv2 was built by studio de.materia. This contemporary home is composed in dynamic modern fashion with an unusual layout and cleverer and thoughtful architectural and design elements.
The architects from studio de.materia had used an untypical arrangement of spaces – for example: the garage is on the top of the house clad in timber and with a beautiful green roof that blends with the surrounding pastoral landscape. The house design and arrangement is minimalist and contemporary entwining the magic of beautiful landscape, honest decor, and organic materials palette: wood and concrete alternate and create elegant, light and sustainable home.
The interiors present us its unusual mixture of row (almost Asian) minimalist, contemporary luxury and intriguing art. The living room premises offer an elegant form of modern, light furnishing, clever architectural layout – the windows on both sides (one of which overlooking the inside courtyard presenting a picturesque exposition) – and characteristic artful details with organic inspiration that become focal accents of the decor. The same combination is valid even for the bathroom – here the luxurious presence of the exquisite marble is juxtaposed to the row dynamic emanation of the exposed concrete, and all is illuminated by beautiful and artistic designer’s lamp.
