Gordon Guillaumier reinterprets a charming material such as teak to realize Teka collection with a timeless shape but technologically advanced thanks to Roda know-how, highlighting all the expressive force of teak, wood whose high value is equally matched by its malleability.
The concept of Teka collection is very simple: conferring stylistic lightness to an incredibly complex workmanship developed around a particular prism-shaped geometric construction. This particular silhouette that seems to be carved in the wood gives at the same time a sensation of lightness to the product, while retaining its intrinsic durability. The Teka collection allows furnishing with style and elegance any living and dining room, leaving great space for customization.
The teak is the protagonist of the whole collection of modular sofas, chairs, armchairs, dining and side tables, combined with other materials incredibly performing for outdoor which enrich the products with natural and intense colors. The seats of the chairs and sofas are made of Canatex (navy, black or gray color), a material that provides excellent seating comfort.
The tops of tables and coffee tables are made of glass tiles, an extremely durable material, available with a natural or glazed finish in different shimmering colors, such as green jade or blue aquamarine with a shiny and iridescent effect. The refinement of the TEKA product is also expressed through a choice of cushion trimmings that is far from banal, such as the use of buttons, usually associated with fashion garments, which are practical as well as decorative, since they stop the cushions from slipping by fitting perfectly into the geometric design of the sofa backrest and arms.
