A twilight atmosphere in a contemporary home interior by the Ukrainian design studio YoDezeen. The dark, mysterious emanation of this urban apartment is entwined with a warm and somewhat cozy feeling of space, organic material palette, and dynamic contemporary arrangements. The upgrading project of YoDezeen successfully optimized the space arrangement of the apartment, increased its functionality and at the same time brought stylish and trendy character to its design.
The very fashionable dark and moody atmosphere of the premises achieved by a rich variety of gray and black hues in the color palette is balanced and smoothened by the gorgeous and organic material palette – solid wooden floors, soft natural textures, smooth concrete constructs, marble and wooden paneling and furniture accomplish one characteristic and unforgettable atmosphere.
The slightly Gothic sensation of the interior decor arrangement is accentuated by some specific decorative elements and pieces of art. The unusual and very impressive huge cactus in the living room corner is the only living plant in the apartment and brings its mysterious and untypical aura into the decor composition. But this twilight atmosphere is cleverly balanced by ultra-modern pieces of furniture and fixtures along with characteristic architectural constructs.
All this is combined with quite an impressive lighting scheme that includes not only impressive design pieces ( like the fantastic planet-like system hanging above the dining table or the contemporary master bedroom lamp arrangement) but also hidden or specifically targeted LED installations, so the overall impression and atmosphere represents almost a masterpiece in modern illuminating techniques.
