Modern apartment of 150 sq. m. located on the 23th-floor building in the south-west of Moscow, offering a panoramic view of the city center, designed by Alexandra Fedorova. The main decoration materials in the project are dominated by stone, wood, metal, concrete and glass.
The space of the apartment is divided into public and private area. Upon entering the apartment provides a vast entrance hall with separate dressing and wardrobe, which flows smoothly into the kitchen area – a US version of the construction of space immediately send to the residential part. The kitchen area is highlighted columns with appliances and cooking area and a central island with a breakfast bar, which visually separates the kitchen and dining-living room. At the center of this common space is carrying pylon, which became a sort of a key element of separation. Finishing materials for it was chosen gray marble with processing under the skin of small, very pleasant to the touch and looks like a polished concrete. The apartment is well-designed master bedroom, children’s room, a study and two bathrooms.
