Fresh and simple, nothing too fancy but stylish and with contemporary features this project of Australian apartment developer Orchard Piper in collaboration with architect and interior designer from Jolson and Eckersley Garden Architecture has the emanation of serene and welcoming bay. The contemporary curves of the building facade surrounded by the tree canopies host ten modern residences each with provided seamless float to the outside.
The restrained material palette of stone, timber and steel is matched in delicate, and ostentatious color palette for the interior – white, gray and beige bring cozy calm to the premises. The functionality and the clear lines of the furnishing are corresponding with the open space arrangement and create spacious and clean looking ambiance. The white lines of the build in furniture and constructional elements define the spaces (like the improvised side “table“ in the bedroom) and create a functional dynamic and esthetic luminous feeling for the premises.
