AN House are made for a couple with three teenage daughters, so the residence was planned to accommodate a family members and friends. Wide deck successfully integrate all social spaces – gourmet area with barbecue and pizza oven and the pool. The two volumes that form ground shelter being are family room, living room and massage room. Upstairs are the bedrooms, all with windows that are open to pleasant green roof.
In hot weather the state of Paraná, one of the solutions found by the architect to maintain thermal comfort was the use of materials that keep refreshing temperature. He uses marble and wood, which are a nice heat conductor. The architect also created a green wall of plants in spaces upstairs and downstairs at a social area to increase the comfort.
