High-quality lux, modern elegance and some conceptual clear lined interiors – those are the stylish features for this contemporary Russian villa project. The house is a part of a closed type village with private Golf club, hills and forest – an unusual suburban of Moscow. This concrete villa it’s slightly different from the rest and is an architectural creation of SL Project for a client with a dynamic lifestyle and high requirements, which is reflected into the interior and exterior of the home.
White, clear-lined interiors combined with graphic elements in black, warmly curved wooden color furniture and cladding with beautiful wood and stone. The spaciousness of the double-height volumes, the abundance of light coming through numerous floor-to-ceiling windows, the smooth curves and oblong shapes and the presence of vital plant life – all brings natural comfort and elegant lux in to premise.
The natural and simple color base is spiced up by the presence of some punchy and vivid color solutions (like the purple wall, yellow working-space chair or deep blue lightning into the bathroom zones) not to mention the bold color and light play at the pool-bar area or the usage of plant life as walls. But the simple elegance of the classic combination between gray, white, black and a hint of warm caramel is still dominant into the premises of this house. At the double-volume living zone, the focal point is separated between the build-in-wall fireplace with wood used as decoration and the ivories-looking-like staircase laid against black timber wall. The materials used, the decorative elements and the designer furniture also reflect the high luxury aspiration for this house.
